For one weekend of the school year, each kid in Henry's class gets to take their class "pet", Percival, home. We read a book about Percival and at the end of the weekend, the kids get to draw a picture and write a sentence or two about the adventures Percival had that weekend. Our weekend with Percival included a trip to the Fishy Museum (aka, the aquarium), where we got to go on a Valentines scavenger hunt. I, just now, am realizing I should have taken a picture of Henry's contribution to the Adventures of Percival book. He worked pretty hard on his picture and sentences. I did, however, take a few pictures of them at the aquarium. We've enjoyed the fishy museum this year and I'm glad that Henry was able to share that with Percival and his class.
